Birch Plywood - Film faced

Film faced plywood distinguishes itself with remarkable resilience against water, abrasion, chemicals, fungi, and mold. Engineered for durability, it emerges as an indispensable option for fabricating reusable concrete formwork, enduring through more than 50 application cycles in the construction of monolithic housing.

Based on Exterior birch plywood, Film Faced plywood showcases a layer of high-density paper saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resin, forming a sturdy protective layer. Alternatively, a variant with modified phenolic film is also available, featuring vivid, colorfast hues that withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Integral to panel manufacturing, WBP glue ensures superior bonding while meeting formaldehyde emission standards (E1, EPA TSCA Title VI). Edges are sealed with water-resistant acrylic paint to bolster moisture resistance, ensuring sustained performance and longevity. The overlaid surface is easily cleaned, and the water-resistant coating offers a range of colors, blending practicality with aesthetic appeal in your projects.
